The usual fetish or gothic dress code is in effect. But if you want to really get into the Burning Man theme then "dress to impress in your dusty desert best". If you have no idea what the hell we are talking about, wear something that would shock people if you wore it out in public, e.g. see Burning Man pictures here. Remember though that genitals and female nipples must be covered at all times.
